Ayesha Harben & Associates’ website project in 2006 was an exciting endeavour, aimed to highlight the transformative power of simple thoughts and ideas. We had the opportunity to turn this concept into a visually captivating and interactive online experience.
The key concept behind the website was to demonstrate how seemingly simple thoughts can evolve into something much bigger.
To achieve this, we developed a unique feature called the “thought engine,” which allowed users to engage with the growth of an idea through a series of dynamic flash animations. The visual representation of ink splatters on paper served as a metaphor for official legal documents and added an element of intrigue and sophistication.
The website’s design focused on showcasing a clean and modern aesthetic that complemented the concept. The use of flash animation was a strategic choice that not only brought the idea to life but also provided users with an immersive and engaging experience. Each ink splatter transformed into intricate shapes and designs, symbolizing the growth and expansion of ideas.
It won the Merit at the Malaysian Kancil Awards in 2006, acknowledging its impact and creativity. Additionally, the website was awarded the Bronze at the Asia Interactive Awards in 2007, further validating the design excellence and innovative approach.
